The following fees only apply when a spot is subleased between two Parkers.
Parkade Subleasing Fee
A Parkade Subleasing Fee is a fee added to the Baseline Price of a spot rental, paid fully by Parkers, when parking is subleased between two parties. For example, if the fee is 20%, and a Parking Spot Owner sets the Baseline Price of $10/day, Parkade will add a 20% ($2) Parkade Subleasing Fee on top of the $10.
Parkade Subleasing Fee
A Customer Subleasing Fee is an optional fee (e.g. 10%) that Parkade Customers (properties) may add to the Baseline Price, collected when parking is subleased between two parties at Customer’s property. The rate is set at Customer’s sole discretion, and can be set to zero. Customer Subleasing Fees are added on top of the Baseline Price (e.g. a Customer Subleasing Fee of 10% would add $1 to a $10 Baseline Price, for a total of $11) and the Customer Subleasing Fee is remitted in full to Parkade Customers.
