For unauthorized cars parked in resident spots, Parkade automatically assigns the affected resident a new temporary spot. From there, we'll check if the car is in our system, and if not, call for a tow when authorized.
“I'd like to join the waitlist”
Good news: Parkade handles waitlist requests from your residents so you don't have to. Once a spot opens up, it will be assigned to the next person on the list.
