Ronja is based in Florida, and works as a Customer Support Associate, where she assists customers while also helping manage disputes and fraud alerts to ensure a smooth experience. Before joining Parkade, she managed a bilingual customer support team at Noom, a weight loss company. Outside of work, Ronja enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, especially exploring Southeast Asia together.
